FAUN & ZOELLER ACQUIRE 100 % OF THE SHARES OF VISY GMBH
FAUN and ZOELLER have taken over VISY GmbH, based in Dieburg, in equal shares.
We are thus bundling the digital product and service offerings of the FAUN subsidiary KOCO and the ZOELLER company SCANTEC with the products of VISY under one roof and creating a digital competence centre. The VISY contacts and product range will remain the same.
In future, the digital offerings of the FAUN subsidiary KOCO and the ZOELLER company SCANTEC will be brought together with VISY under one roof to form a new digital competence centre. The aim is to offer customers a future-orientated, holistic product and service portfolio from a single source.
