Tanja Dreilich becomes CFO at KIRCHHOFF Automotive Holding
In future, Tanja Dreilich will be head of the commercial sector of KIRCHHOFF Automotive Holding in her new role as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Ms.Dreilich started working in our group in December 2014 as CFO of KIRCHHOFF Ecotec and still holds this post.
Prior to December 2014, she was head of Nemetschek AG, an international software company for the architecture and construction industries, as its CEO and CFO, and achieved improvements in profitability and international growth. Before that, Tanja Dreilich was CFO and a member of the management team at a number of companies, including Nordzucker AG. She graduated in Business Administration with an MBA (Kellogg Business School and WHU) and began her career at Adam Opel AG, where she started as a scholarship holder and, after spells in the International Technical Development Centre and in Product Management at General Motors, among other posts, she gradually worked her way up to be Finance Manager within a few years. In December, Tanja Dreilich was appointed Managing Director of KIRCHHOFF Automotive Holding in Iserlohn, effective from 2nd January 2017, and reports to Dr. Johannes Kirchhoff in her new role.
Rainer Spindeldreher, Commercial Managing Director and CFO of KIRCHHOFF Automotive Group, is taking well-deserved retirement after more than 16 years of success in his role. The Kirchhoff family would like to sincerely thank Rainer Spindeldreher for his excellent work. During his time in office, he introduced a very effective, detailed and informative controlling system, renewed the entire IT infrastructure as well as the software used, which is the basis of the company's current transparent management information system, and successfully transformed the financing of the company through innovative financial instruments. He thus made a significant contribution to the large-scale and profitable growth of the company over the past 16 years.
The Kirchhoff family would like to wish Rainer Spindeldreher every success and the best of health, above all, for his new stage in life.
