Thorsten Baumeister joined FAUN as Chief Operating Officer (COO) on 1 November 2019. The Hamburg native is responsible for the production plant for refuse collection vehicles in Osterholz-Scharmbeck, the sweeper plant and the new building in Grimma, as well as the international manufacturing plants in China and Turkey. His responsibilities also include the areas of materials management, supply chain management and the start-up of series production of the BLUEPOWER hydrogen vehicles planned for 2021.
