With its wide range of equipment and combination options, the VIAJET 6 can be customised to suit almost any application. The VIAJET 6 is equipped with the patented FAUN air recirculation system as standard, which guarantees the best emission values in the exhaust air.
The FAUN recirculating air system constantly feeds the air sucked in from the hopper back to the blowing nozzle behind the suction chute. The already moistened and heated air - loaded with new dirt - is sucked back into the suction shaft and circulated. The recirculated air volume can be infinitely adjusted between 30 and 70 % depending on the application.
Only the relatively small amount of air that is not circulated flows out calmly under the machine. The fine dust emissions of FAUN sweepers with recirculation system are therefore approx. 50 % lower than those of purely suction sweepers. The clean exhaust air also does not stir up any dust, because it exits behind the sweeping units above the part of the carriageway that has already been cleaned.
By adding water to the blowing air, the road in the working area of the suction shaft can also be cleaned. In winter, it can also be used at temperatures as low as -5 °C with the addition of water in the suction shaft, as the circulating air warms up by approx. 15 °C and thus prevents the water in the suction shaft and container from freezing.

Oil spill removal, industrial and large surface cleaning with surfactant and hot water up to 200 bar

The attached surface cleaner SC200A ensures effective cleaning across a width of up to 2,500 mm.

The single- or double-sided front-mounted brush allows efficient operation on weeds as well as on different working levels.

Depending on the available space, an additional disc brush located behind the front axle supports the cleaning process.

The rear-mounted wanderhose with diameters of 200 mm or 250 mm features a manual gate valve as well as a pneumatic lift and lower function.

The top-mounted wanderhose with a diameter of 200 mm offers flexible operation and can be swivelled 270° from left to right.

LED floodlights mounted on the hopper roof provide illumination of the entire vehicle surroundings.

Sweeping body available in an exchangeable design.

The inclined arrangement of the fan
optimises the volume flow and reduces the accumulation of dirt. The resulting improved suction power is particularly suitable for heavy debris and rear suction.
The GRP tanks of the VIAJET 6 are absolutely corrosion-free and prevent limescale deposits. The arrangement of the tanks lowers the centre of gravity, ensures optimum weight distribution, improves stability when tipping and serves as sound insulation.
The large V-chute has an extra wide and wear-resistant leaf flap. The optimised aerodynamics also make it possible to pick up large quantities of heavy sweepings or milled material. The wide wheels also run safely over rail grooves.
The pendulum-mounted, towed sweeping roller adapts perfectly to uneven road surfaces. Thanks to its large angle of attack, it also guides large quantities of heavy debris quickly and directly to the suction chute.
The very powerful, pushed disc brush can be swivelled out in several stages. The inclination can be adjusted pneumatically. The arrangement in front of the sweeping roller means that no dirt is left behind.
The floor pan made of V2A is raised at the side and, together with the large tipping angle, ensures good emptying and easy cleaning, even with milled material. The particularly high dirt compartment delays over-suction even when fully loaded. The water tank is separate from the container, which increases stability when tipping.
As with all VIAJETs, all switching elements and valves of the VIAJET 6 for compressed air, hydraulics and electrics are arranged in a central, easily accessible location. This allows service technicians to quickly find their way around when troubleshooting.
The dust and water-protected units simplify regular maintenance.
The control centre for the driver is not only clearly laid out, but can also be operated blindly thanks to tactile switches and controls. The driver can concentrate fully on the sweeping action and the traffic.
