Up to 88% recycled steel possible
With reNew VARIOPRESS, we are committed to greater resource conservation in vehicle manufacturing. For selected components such as tanks, rear sections and bumper plates, the proportion of recycled steel can rise to as much as 88%. The steel also comes from CO₂-reduced electric arc furnace production.
This is how we combine proven FAUN quality with a responsible approach to materials. In the reNew VARIOPRESS shown here, which serves as a proof of concept, the actual proportion of recycled material is 39%.
92% recycled content in the wing
With the re.New VARIOPRESS, we are focusing on greater resource conservation in vehicle manufacturing. The mudguard is made from 92% recycled thermoplastic and shows how plastic components can be reused in a sustainable and practical way.

The control panel of reNew VARIOPRESS is made from 99% recycled thermoplastic. This means that the control panel is made almost entirely from recycled material.

Transparency at component level
The re.New VARIOPRESS has been tested and assessed by TÜV Süd.
The result shows that sustainability is not just a promise here. It is based on traceable data and transparent methods. The assessment was carried out according to recognised standards such as ISO 14021 and DIN standards.
