Storage of the IP address
We store the IP address transmitted by your web browser for a strictly earmarked period of seven days in the interest of recognising, limiting and eliminating attacks on our websites. At the end of this period, we delete or anonymise the IP address. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR.
Usage data
When you visit our website, so-called usage data is temporarily stored on our web server as a log for statistical purposes in order to improve the quality of our website. This data record consists of

Data security
We take technical and organisational measures to protect your data from unauthorised access as comprehensively as possible. We use an encryption process on our website. We offer you the option of subscribing to our newsletter on our website. YouTube
We embed YouTube videos into our website on some subpages. When these subpages are accessed, content from YouTube is loaded. Online application
When you apply to us, we process your personal data in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations on the basis of Section 26 BDSG. We process the data that you disclose to us as part of your online application solely for the purpose of selecting applicants. Data will not be processed for any other purpose.
You yourself determine the scope of the data that you wish to transmit to us as part of your e-mail application. E-mail applications are transmitted electronically to our HR department, where they are processed as quickly as possible. The transmission is encrypted. As a rule, applications are forwarded to the heads of the relevant specialist departments in our company. Your data will not be passed on beyond this. Your details will be treated confidentially in our organisation. If your application is unsuccessful, your documents will be deleted after 3 months.
We will then process your data on the basis of consent (Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a) GDPR).

Webshop
We store and use your personal data that you transmit to us in the course of an order process on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b GDPR exclusively for processing your orders via your customer account.

- to process and deliver your order (incl. payment processing),

- to stay in contact with you for technical/organisational reasons.
The data is stored by us for as long as it is relevant in connection with the respective orders. Data that you voluntarily enter during registration or after logging in via the access data in your user profile (e.g. title or telephone number) are stored by us to supplement your customer account, through which we record, fulfil and process your orders. We store this data for further orders. We process data that is collected voluntarily on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a GDPR. You have the option to revoke your consent to the processing of voluntary data at any time. To do so, please contact the email address provided in the legal notice.
