The FAUN AI-Cube thinks for itself – it takes the strain off the operator, monitors work areas, detects hazards and manages processes. This allows the operator to focus on the task at hand, whilst the Cube takes care of everything else. Thanks to its direct connection to the control systems of the entire refuse collection vehicle and the use of high-resolution cameras, the FAUN AI-Cube receives all relevant information in real time. On this basis, the system can not only monitor but also actively manage processes. This supports operators in safety-critical situations and ensures user-friendly operation.
The new FAUN Shared Screen delivers a modern and intuitive user experience, bringing together all key information in one central location on a single 12.3-inch monitor. The display area offers significantly more space for detailed information and, combined with the new design, ensures a clear, user-friendly layout.
The field of view is wider – and safer! Workspace Monitoring keeps an eye on the entire working area at the rear, ensuring that the driver always knows what is happening. With additional options, advanced person and object detection is possible, and the driver receives a visual and audible warning when reversing. The information is shown on the FCS display, so no additional display is required.
This ensures the driver always has a clear view, whether manoeuvring or working in the loading area. Safety that pays off. FAUN Allround View keeps an eye on the area behind the vehicle and potential hazard zones when turning, and supports the collision avoidance system. Also available as an option with AI pedestrian detection and a turning assistant featuring AI pedestrian and object detection.
Smart Hopper Control enables the body functions to be controlled efficiently and in line with actual requirements. Supported by various AI models, real-world requirements are objectively recorded and translated into a suitable usage profile. This eliminates the need for subjective judgements during operation, thereby simplifying day-to-day tasks for the operating personnel. At the same time, it prevents additional resource consumption caused by operating errors. The result: greater efficiency, optimised processes and more economical vehicle deployment.
The multi-stage fire protection system detects fires at an early stage, reports them reliably and minimises their spread. Fire gas detectors and thermal imaging cameras ensure continuous monitoring, even during transport. Automatic safety functions protect the structure, maintain operational safety and enable an orderly evacuation in the event of an emergency. The system can optionally be supplemented with a fire-extinguishing system.
Intelligent detection technology makes it possible to identify contaminants before they enter the collection process and cause problems there. The system analyses the entire height and depth of the bin and provides the results even before the contents are tipped into the collection vehicle. The result is a significantly higher quality of organic waste and a reliable method for sustainably reducing the level of foreign matter.

Smart waste compaction made easy! Our patented Smart Compaction System automatically detects the materials being loaded and adjusts the compaction process accordingly. This saves energy, reduces wear and tear, and ensures that the entire load capacity is used effectively. For staff, this means fewer stops, greater efficiency and the careful use of resources. Decision-makers benefit from lower operating costs and a longer service life for vehicle components.
The redesigned CAN keypads offer the operator particularly intuitive and user-friendly control of the lift functions. Colour-coded illuminated buttons provide direct status information, ensuring clear and quick orientation at all times during day-to-day operations. Operator feedback via LED colour rings makes switching states and functions immediately visible. This enhances user-friendliness, simplifies processes and promotes safe operation.
More overview, more safety: with the Safety User Display, the most important information is always in view - in front of, behind and inside the vehicle. The loader can see the traffic situation while driving, the area behind the vehicle is displayed when stopping, and the display shows the charging status while working. Flashing signals and brake indicators make work even safer. For loading personnel, this means less uncertainty, greater efficiency and a significantly improved safety record.
FAUN Connect is a powerful, digital vehicle management system that provides important vehicle operating data and key performance indicators in real time. Thanks to the comprehensive integration of GPS data, vehicle information and operating values, precise analyses can be carried out that reflect the condition of the vehicle fleet. The user-friendly dashboard provides a precise overview of the entire fleet or the individual vehicle at all times. This means that action can always be taken quickly and downtimes minimised. Thanks to role-based access rights, users have control over the information they need.
Stay clean - right at the workplace! The hygiene board provides the loader with everything he needs: Water, soap, disinfectant and paper towels, all within easy reach under the vehicle body. No more searching - more hygiene, more comfort!

Never grope in the dark again! Our illuminated handles show the loader exactly where to reach - glare-free for everyone else. And the best thing? In winter, hands stay warm and ready for use thanks to the optional heating function. Comfort meets safety.
Dry gloves at last - even in bad weather! The loader can simply put the wet gloves in the heating box and leave them to dry while he goes from bin to bin. The switch is integrated into the control panel. No more clammy fingers, no more stress - just work. When the function is not in use, the changeable gloves can be easily stored here.
Folding up was yesterday - now it's easy! Our electrically powered foot pedals make handling child's play and are easy on the back. The loader controls the steps conveniently and precisely via a switch on the control panel of the container, or the driver can do it via the FCS. This ensures compliance with the new DIN 1501 regulations without any extra effort. The operator's energy stays where it belongs - at work!
