So the honey season is over for this year. Now it's time to prepare our commercial colony and the new young colony for the winter. Everything that the industrious bees store in their combs from now on will help them get through the cold season. In addition, treatment against the biggest enemy, the varroa mite, is still pending. We hope to start 2026 with two strong colonies and be able to build up another one.

Why are we doing this?

With our bee colony, we not only make a valuable contribution to the environment and biodiversity, but also strengthen FAUN's commitment to ESG (environmental, social and governance) and the positive public image of our company. The honey obtained also offers us a great opportunity to donate it to social organisations, for example.
